Island Breeze Resort - a unique lifestyle for the over 50’s...

Island Breeze Resort is a brand new development positioned across 15 acres on lovely Bribie Island. The exclusive development features 76 new homes, and is very central to all amenities on the island, which itself is only 45 minutes drive from Brisbane.

Bribie Island itself is still surrounded in over 80% of national park, one of the many reasons why people fall in love with the town. With developments heavily restrictive, it provides the local community the comfort of knowing Bribie Island preserves its surrounding environment.

Island Breeze Resort is an exclusive boutique over 50’s village and is fast nearing the completion of construction of all the homes within the complex. The state-of-the-art Leisure Club has also opened the doors for all residents to enjoy.

The complex featuring a ballroom, dance floor, cinema, library, gymnasium and sauna, and huge kitchen and bar facilities, as well as poolside al fresco dining areas forms the hub of this vibrant over 50’s community.

The last homes to complete the final stage of this extremely popular project are scheduled to be completed by March of 2009.

There are a selection of homes still available to choose from, starting with the two bedroom “Fortitude” and "Lima" designs priced from $295,000 and the two bedroom plus study “Bayswater” and “Chatsworth” designs priced from $335,000. Both of these floor plans are currently on display at the resort, which is also located less than a kilometre from the pristine waterfront of the Pumicestone Passage.

Island Breeze Resort is designed for owner occupiers only, as no rentals are permitted, giving all residents a real sense of community. Another important aspect to Island Breeze Resort is if a homeowner wishes to sell their villa in the future, all capital gains will be retained by them, as no exit fees are payable. Island Breeze Resort also provides security for the village, with a gated entry and management residing on site.
